SHIPPING 

Please note there are delays with orders shipping out of NZ to international countries due to Covid-19 and reduced flight capability and staff shortages. We are unable to refund orders that have left us and are delayed in transit.

Please be aware that the purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and on delivery. 

New Zealand

All items are sent tracked via NZ Post.  Please allow up to 3 working days.  Rural delivery can take longer, but there is no extra charge.

Flat rate of $10 per order and over $150 is freight free.

 

Australia Oceania

Tracked NZ Post - Flat rate $20 (Please allow up to 3 weeks)

PRICING

Prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Any relevant duties or sales taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are happy to exchange or give a full refund (less shipping costs) if goods are returned within 14 days (21 days for international customers). This is providing the goods are in their original condition. If goods are to be exchanged for a different size or style there will be an additional freight charge for your new goods.

Pretty Kiwi prides itself on quality control and checks all products before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, we will replace it with no charge for postage and handling.

Before returning any goods please email for your Return Authorization Number. You need to include the following information: Your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and action required. You will then be given a R.A.N to be written on the outside of the returned package.
