Prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Any relevant duties or sales taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are happy to exchange or give a full refund (less shipping costs) if goods are returned within 14 days (21 days for international customers). This is providing the goods are in their original condition. If goods are to be exchanged for a different size or style there will be an additional freight charge for your new goods.Pretty Kiwi prides itself on quality control and checks all products before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, we will replace it with no charge for postage and handling.
Before returning any goods please email for your Return Authorization Number. You need to include the following information: Your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and action required. You will then be given a R.A.N to be written on the outside of the returned package.
